Rockets Youth Sports Scholarship Application

We are excited to offer sports scholarships to help young athletes who demonstrate dedication, passion, and commitment to the sports of football and cheerleading. Our goal is to ensure that every child, regardless of financial background, has the opportunity to participate and grow in the Rockets Youth Sports programs. We believe in the power of sports to teach life skills like teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, and we want to make these opportunities accessible to all.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a current or prospective member of the Rockets Football or Cheer programs.
• Must demonstrate financial need to participate in the program.
• Must show a strong commitment to training and participating in all practices, games, and events.
• Must maintain good academic standing in school.
• Must have a positive attitude, work ethic, and sportsmanship.

Scholarship Coverage:

• The scholarship may cover part or all of the football or cheerleading fees, including uniform costs, practice gear, and competition participation.
• Scholarships are awarded on a need-based basis, with priority given to applicants who demonstrate a clear commitment to the sport and team.

Application Deadline:

• Applications must be received by April 30,2025. Late applications will not be considered.

Scholarship Decisions:

• Scholarships will be awarded based on the information provided in the application. The selection committee will review each application carefully and notify applicants by May 09, 2025.
